Calculator inputs

The calculator on this website runs in your browser. The wages, dates and days you enter are not sent to us. When an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT uses our MCP connector, the assistant sends the calculation inputs (state, date of injury, wages, days off) to our server so the result can be returned. We do not ask for names, claim numbers or medical information, and we do not store calculation inputs or results.

Contact form

If you write to us, we store your name, email address, topic, message, the page you came from and your browser type so we can reply. We keep messages for up to 24 months and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.

Cookies and advertising

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

Hosting logs

Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) for security and reliability. These logs are kept for no more than 30 days.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that run the site (hosting, database, advertising) and when required by law.

Children

This site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
