Missouri workers' comp calculator

Missouri pays 66⅔% of your average weekly earnings for temporary total disability, capped at 105% of the state average weekly wage. For injuries from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 that cap is $1,294.71 a week; the year before it was $1,280.84. The statutory minimum is $40 a week.

The first three business days are unpaid unless you are off more than 14 days. If you can work but earn less, temporary partial benefits pay two-thirds of the difference for up to 100 weeks.
